Mojo Monday 342 Encouragement

I've always loved Romans 12. It has amazing advice for how to live in many circumstances. I chose a sentiment from verse 12 for this card, hoping it will encourage one of my friends in a difficult situation. It says: "Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Romans 12:12" We all have problems that we could face with this advice, but since it uses the word "tribulation" it implies the very worst problems that could trouble us. We need hope that God will see us through the problem and continuous prayer for His help and solution.  I believe that such hope helps sustain our patience through tribulation. My friend's husband had been out of work for a long time. Now God has provided a suitable job, but in a distant town so they have to move. Preparing their home to be sold is the difficult task left to the wife while her husband has already relocated, so I am joining her in the constant prayer that God will strengthen her for the task since He provided the job. Here's the card I'm sending her:

Doodle Pantry introduced a set of verses and papers this month that are bright and encouraging. This week's sketch seemed perfect for these elements. I loved the bright colors that Laurie Wilson used with the papers and floral images. They match colors from the retired CTMH paper pack "Flirty" which I combined with the "Genuine Love" set of Doodle Pantry's papers. Here's the entire "Genuine Love" set with the other verses from Romans 12:

I used the Nestabilities to cut circles, the Cricut to cut the bird (Give a Hoot) and a Martha Stewart  border punch. Magenta and black sparkles are from Close To My Heart. I used this sketch from Mojo Monday #342:

I'm sharing this card with the following challenges:
