Sending Prayers Card

A week ago I woke up praying for my son-in-law who has his own business but hadn't made much lately. Months ago he'd applied with area employment agencies for a night job that would still allow him to watch their kids if they came home from school sick or to do bids for his tree service in the day. The agencies always told him that they rarely had requests for third shift workers. I had been praying for him to get more business, but that day I focused on praying for him to get a regular night job. Later my daughter said that morning she also prayed differently that the right night job would open. About 30 minutes later, he received a call about a job, went on the interview, and had a job that he started this week. It's only a mile from their home. Coincidence? No, an answer to two fervent prayers provided by a loving Father!

So here is my card for today to encourage someone else, to let them know we're praying for them.

The inside:

I cut the card base using my Cricut and folded it so that the back was 4.25" x 5.5" and the front was 3.75" x 5.5."  This is my cut file in case you'd like to try it using the Explore.  The polka dot strip was glued on the front of a black 4.25" x 5.5" base glued on the inside of the top flap. The flowers were die cut using CTMH Springtime Wishes Thin Cuts dies, then stamped with the Springtime Wishes stamp set. I die cut the black script word "prayers" and stamped the coordinating words with a Hero Arts stamp set from Simon Says Stamp.  I popped up the center flower on front with a thin 3-D foam  and added two small black sparkles and three Glitter Green Triangles.

Thank you for visiting. May your faith in answered prayer grow as you pray for the needs of your friends and family and see the answers!
