Wedding Day Card

I thought  the colors at this week's Color Throwdown challenge were perfect for a wedding card I needed to make.

The sentiment design helped me determine where to put everything else on the card. One of the flowers included with that sentiment stamp set was a pansy. I know they usually have a yellow center, but I colored mine light gray and finished it with a clear glitter pen. Pearls and some very old lilac organdy ribbon were the finishing touches.

Thank you for visiting!

So pretty wedding day card it is. The design is awesome. My cousin is proficient in such DIY things and this is why she would be having an awesome DIY vintage themed wedding. Ceremony at one of the NYC wedding venues. I saw the table centerpieces that she recently created for the day and they are just mind blowing.

What a timeless wedding card! I love how you used the colors so expertly. This is the definition of elegance, yet it's not over-the-top at all. It is, in all ways, perfect and I'm so glad you shared your talents with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
