Welcome to our May blog hop. You can win one of the stamp sets we used just by leaving a comment. Each of us is drawing a name from the comments left at our own blog. One lucky person will receive the entire stamp set used to make our card. I used the flower stamp from this set called "Loving Hands." It has amazing drawings and sentiments.
To design my card I used the Deconstructed sketch #101 and the color combo from The Play Date Café #182: maroon, poppy, and soft jade. I only used 4 Copic markers: E00 for the hands, E04 and R89 for the flower centers, and BG10 for the stems.
Winners will be chosen by 5pm eastern daylight savings time on Wednesday, May 22nd. Please include your email address in your comment. I will contact my winner on Thursday, May 23rd via email, first announcing they have won and the name of the digi set. If they reply they already own it, I will offer them another set used by a DT member during this month's hop.
Your next stop on the blog hop is Linda's. Here is the blog roll list in case you missed one:

Vickie, this is a beautiful card. I am so liking that sentiment set -- so many wonderful sayings. Your image is striking, and the embossing you've used really makes it stand out. Great use of the colors and sketch, too. FAB work!
I LOVE this set! How happy I would be to be the winner! And wow, what beautiful coloring. Fab job, Vickie. Great take on the sketch.

HI Vicki - I just love, love this set! Look at all of those sentiments and the loving hands to make a wonderful combination! I love your choice on the hands holding the lovely daisy flowers - I also like the embossing folder you selected for this card - and I will probably LIFT your banner placement - I usually lay mine with the cut to the right - your card is lovely with the cut to the left - thanks for sharing your lovely red - white- and green color combination card! I like it very much and this set is just wonderful! Enjoy your week! Gail utb01@att.net
So many great elements, it's hard to say what I love best but I'll start with the embossed bg and how great it goes with the image, and I love your mix of colors too. This is really pretty!
What a beautiful card.
