This week at Twist of Faith we are challenging you to make a card using MONOCHROMATIC colors, or tints or shades of one color. We'd also like you to include a Scripture or positive uplifting verse or quote as a sentiment somewhere on your card.
Our sponsor this week is Melonheadz, who will award one lucky winner an image bundle!
My card uses shades and tints of RED, the Melonheadz image, "Crayon," and this sketch from Sunday Sketch and Stamp:
This is one of the encouragement cards I'm making for the teachers at the Christian School where my grandchildren go. They work really hard, provide a great education and positive environment, and make salaries that are far from that in public schools. I like to let them know at times throughout the year how valuable their Christian service is in the molding young lives.
The crayons were colored with several red Copic markers (from top to bottom above): R32 & R35, R43 & R29, and R81 & R85. (The hearts were colored with a pink Copic marker that I forgot to record.)
Thank you for visiting. I'd love to see you share your own monochromatic card with us at Twist of Faith.
I'm sharing this card with the following challenges:

The MFT stamp sentiment is from the set "Clearly Sentimental about Teaching." I used the Sizzix embossing folder called "Arithmetic." I used the new CTMH Cricut "Artbooking" cartridge to make the alphabet overlay using Real Dial Size 6". I only included the left half of the finished alphabet overlay.
The crayons were colored with several red Copic markers (from top to bottom above): R32 & R35, R43 & R29, and R81 & R85. (The hearts were colored with a pink Copic marker that I forgot to record.)
